DC generator with 12V without using permanent magnet?

We need a simple DC GENERATOR project or prototype that will produce 12v and will light a small bulb. This project should not use a permanent magnet

can u give us a procedure and the materials that we need

You can use any magnet. The reason permanent magnets are used is that they do not require additional energy. After all, if your goal is to produce electricity, you don't want use electricity to produce the magnets.

The electricity is produced when the wires pass thru a magnetic field. So use an electromagnet in place of the permanent magnet.
