Deleting an individual episode of a podcast from my iTouch?

I recently manually copied (as opposed to automatically syncing) one episode from a podcast I subscribe to from iTunes to my iPod Touch by dragging it from my iTunes "Podcasts" folder and dropping it into my iPod Touch. Now, I can't find an option on either iTUnes or my iPod Touch to delete that same one episode off of my iPod TOuch. Help, please! How do I do I delete this episode from my iPod Touch?
