I use uTorrent and have recently started downloading a torrent with a multitude of files. I wish to delete files from the torrent once I am finished with them without affecting the upload and download of the files that I still have/am still downloading. I thought deleting the files and telling uTorrent not to download them would work, but as soon as uTorrent attempts to upload from one of the missing files, I get an error telling me that there are missing elements, and the torrent ceases to either upload or download.
If I could disable uploading, I wouldn't have this problem, but I do not wish to leech.
