I have right now optimum triple play so my phone, internet and tv are all plugged into the one power box converter and all the wires come out of that.
I just got a new dell Inspiron I530-120B and i dont know how to connect it to the internet, everything else is working.
The cord that goes from the converter box is an ethernet cable, and it just goes into the side of my laptop. I tried putting it into the back of my new computer (the only place it would fit) and nothing happened. The little green light came on... but no internet.
Does anyone know how to help me? thanks
