hi i wana weld i can use a stick welder and wanted to learn gas as i am told i can cut and weld all sizes very neatly,untill i discovered i need a heavy licence bill for the bottles which makes it impracticle, then i was told about inverter electric welders! is this the answer to my welding needs as mig and tig both use gases which means bottle rental fees. my needs are small plate say car repairs and thick steel as a standard 150amp electric welder will do, i was told the inverter range also has a tig facility please any welders out there can you fill me in with the best one to go for with low cash. regards
