Devil May Cry 4 PC - No Air Hike? Can't Double Jump? Help!!!.?

I have DMC 4 PC. I've tried so many times to double jump using Air hike but I couldnt! I can't even jump higher as if the gravity pulls me down quickly. This isnt normal. When I do the normal jump somethings pulls me down so quickly that makes my jump very short!!!
I even purchased air hike but its no use!!!!

can any one tell me how to do different action in devil may cry 3 using key board like air hike ,stinger etc??? plzztell
