I was a little late for class today so I jumped a small curb between parking spaces to park in the reserved staff parking...I went over a little grass slope and then just slowly tried to fall off a curb about 6 inches going maybe 5km-10km? Well as soon as my front wheels landed off the curb I heard a Bang noise and figured it hit the underbody of the car...is there anything i should be worried about? Its my dads suv...an 08 limited toyota highlander and it has a system check in it everytime the car starts...and when I turned the car on this evening...the system check didn't detect anything wrong with it and the suv was driving just fine. What should I be worried about?
LOL scout...haha its true...if its damaged..I will sue them for false advertising! haha

in a situation like this, you can't rely on any electronic readouts to tell you if the car is busted or not(including the diagnostic port). check your oilpan, you may have ruptured it when the car bottomed out. also, take it up to about 40mph and take your hands off the steering wheel. if the car pulls to the left or the right, you have an allignment problem or also a suspension issue.

honestly, as long as it's not leaking oil, it should be fine.
