Did I get ripped off? Car audio.?

I ordered 12" subwoofers 4ohms type Rs Alpine on my receipts description it says "12" DUAL VOICE COIL" but the model # is swr11042d. The model # matches to the 10" type R. I didn't know until I got home because well it's impossible to find out what the model # matches to unless you look it up on the internet. The dealer (it's a big place) Rogers Stereo said that they had the specially order it and had me pay first so "they won't waste money". They're closed until tomorrow. Did they rip me off? Will I still be able to return it if it comes out to be 10" subwoofers?
 
you should be able to see two inches and it should say on speaker if you wanted 10's but yuo got 12's then take them back its that easy if you got papers sure they wil take them back
