did i ruin my car stereo?

i installed an aftermarket stereo in my car , i did everything good and the radio worked good.
then i unplugged it put everything back in place hooked it up again and connected the battery, the battery made a spark after i tightened its screw pretty hard(only after a while that i tightened it)
now my radio doesnt turn on is it ruined?

i put regular tape on the exposed wires, that i didnt use. is that ok???????

If the battery sparked you probably blew a fuse.. or set off an immobilizer security system (that happened to me once) . It's probably a fuse though
