Did Mother Mary really love Jesus Christ?

Why didn't Mother Mary die with Jesus if she truly loved her son more than anything?
 
Of course she loved him. But it must've terrible seeing him die. She was only 45 or so
 
You do have to die because those you love died. And this is not a R/S question.
 
She was right there at the cross. Apparently they had no cause to kill her. And even if they did, her death would have been insignificant compared to His.
 
Of course Mary loved her Son.

Mary didn't die with Jesus. What on earth gave you that idea? Jesus handed over her care to John the Beloved. (John 19:26)
