Did the Sailor Moon Special episodes ever come on DVD?

I found out there are 3 episodes of sailor moon Super S that are specials. One episodes has Neptune and Uranus return and they fight a pupet. I was wonder where I can find these episodes on dvd for purchase. Anyone know?

amazon has ALL the series on dvd, they're kind of expensive though.
