I did, why do they think they were going to win it? they didnt even come close.

I think the 2018 has been saved, think about it, all the rangers and chelsea fans would have caused trouble and it would have ruined it
I'm Scottish
 
I did not laugh. But the naivety of those who believed England had any chance of hosting the world cup did raise a sympathetic smile
 
I just did as soon as I saw the results during the first round. I just did the fist pump....
because with the WC bid loss, the chances of England WC title went into the drain. Why you ask, because they are the MOST OVERRATED team in the world.
 
Well part of me just expected it...I didn't laugh, but we might be better off without it.
 
I knew that you were Scottish before I had even finished reading your question, why is it that we do not support each other, surely we should be allies because we all live on the same island, together we are strong and no, I did not laugh when England lost the bid, just the same as I do not laugh when Scotland lose at sport, it pleases me when one of our home nations succeeds and I am English by the way but I do not like or follow football.
