didn't winterize my bike before putting away...advice?

i bought my first motorcycle in Dec 2008 from a dealership. It is a 2007 Honda Rebel with only 845 miles at purchase. I am not sure how long it was sitting in the dealership before I purchased it, and it was far too cold to ride it before putting it away I never added fuel stabilizer to the tank and I forgot to disconnect the battery. The bike was transported from dealership to storage building on the back of a truck. I'm going tomorrow to disconnect the battery, but should I bother adding stabilizer to it now? The bike is being stored in a heated warehouse. What should I do to winterize it now. (I live in Upstate NY)
