I'm 15 and I do MMA. I'm 5'9 and I weigh 120 pounds. I don't think the diet I've been having is healthy for me. Here's what I eat most of the time throughout the day
Breakfast: Cap'n Crunch cereal, Chocolate Milk
Lunch: Rice + friend chicken/crab meat/steak---Or just get it from a fast food restaurant
Dinner: Rice + friend chicken/steak/beef
From time to time, I eat ice cream, noodles, etc.
After every meal I have I usually drink 1-2 bottles of water. I'm not a fan of vegetables, and if I do eat fruits I would only eat oranges, mango's, bananas, and grapes. I'm really picking when it comes to food
