Ok, so im 17 and i really want to get in shape, get a ncie body for the ladies you know. But i can't cook and as much as i love my mom she can't cook or won't cook to save her life. SO it looks like im going to have to start buying my own food and cooking it or else ill be fat FOREVER lol. The only problem is i really REALLY dislike vegetables of any kind, so i need like meat foods.. whats healthy and good that i can cook? or like a website i can go to see recipes or such. Thanks!

Also maybe, does anyone know a nutrition website where i can see how many calories/carbs etc i should be having for working out and other stuff, thanks.

go for some tips online., you can find alot of diet plans also , they can help you in this mean. www.medulink.com check this out...

You've got to eat veggies of some kind!! You need fiber in your diet. Do you like lettuce or salads?
What about potatoes or fruits?

Try this recipe: this is my own recipe...

TURKEY MEATLOAF

2 lbs. of ground turkey
2 eggs, added one at a time
1 c. Italian style breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
dash of garlic powder
a small red onion, chopped and diced
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. You may need to add more bread crumbs or milk for texture. You will have to learn to "eye" it. I never measure anything.
Shape the meat mixture into a football. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place meat mixture on it. I don't like it in a loaf pan because it gets soggy.. this will give it a nice crispy outside crust.
bake at 350* for about 45 minutes to an hour. Check it by cutting into the center. If it's still pink, then it needs more time.

Good luck. Let me know how it came out.
