Dieting and nutrition help!?

I am a 17 year old girl, 5'6ish 120ish pounds. I'm not looking to lose weight. But I need to eat healthier. I LOVE salty food. I take in too much salt, maybe like 4x more than I'm suppose to. Is there a way to cut down on my sodium intake but still satisfy my salty craving? Same thing with sugar and sweetness of foods.
Also I'm a vegetarian. I haven't eaten meat in a year next month.
I really need to help my diet cause I'm really unhealthy.
