I have a relly big pimple on my chin, and a small one above my lip. There are still little red spots (very little and fading) of where i had other little pimples on my chin. I also have just gotten rid of a small one on my nose, if it were staph, it wouldnt go away right? My brother has a staph infection right now, that would be how i would have gotten it if it seems like it is.
