Digital Photo Frame needed!?

Im looking to buy a Digital Photo Frame to purchase in Ireland. Screen size 6 inches by 4 inches. BUT i need it really slim in depth maximum 0.8inches or 20mm. Anyone know where i can get one???
(Its for a prototype model btw)
