Dirt bike storing for the winter?

I have a dirt bike taken apart. Havent had time to put it back together (working @ a warehouse 80hours a week+)

my garage isnt climate controlled and the motor is taken apart. piston exposed. and coolent in the bottom. (leaked).
What would be the best way of storing this for the winter without getting it seized up
 
if its been sitting with coolant in the bottom end.. may be to late already............

empty it out... spray WD40 & some oil in there & coat everything in lubricant.. cover with some rags untill your ready to out it back together...
 
Get all the coolant out of the bottom end and clean it up real good and lube the cylinder walls up good and piston and rings so they dont rust and keep it covered from dirt and moisture.
