affect you physically,? Mentally,and emotionally.in addition,describe how you can apply these experiences in your work with young children
 
Well, for me personally, I like to listen to empowering music. And as for working with children, instead of listening to angry music - I listen to calming music. Bach, mozart, or just calming melodies.
