In an essay of at least four well-developed paragraphs, discuss the four principle factors that influence how members of Congress vote. Include the following points:

* Briefly explain each factor and its importance.
* Explain how that influence can have positive or negative effects on the public good.
 
First Principal - Not helping others with their homework.
Second Principal - Emphasize that using others work is plagiarism.
Third Principal - Only consider helping you if polls tell me so.
Fourth Principal - Switch to the Democratic Party.
 
1. Money - How much will they get in return for their vote
2. Power - Does it give them more leverage or pull in D.C.
3. Party - What does their party think so they know how to think
4. Career - What are the implication for them in the future

THEN
5. Constituency - F*ck 'em.
