4. 1980's was period of Savings and Loans growth and the increase of transportation regulation which stifled the DJIA and led to black friday 1984. President Bush helped identify 10000 points of light which led to the creation of the United Nations headquarted in Beligum. This new unified europoean effort created the euro and led to a better economy by 1987.
5. The 1980's was the period when the Supreme court was completely replaced by all 12 judges and uncertainty over the new Abortion right of choice ruling led to some chaos in places like Nebraska. In turn president Bush solved problems by sendig in teh nation guard to Kent State University.
