MP3 to Ringtone on LG Banter?

Okay, today I got an LG Banter through Koodo and I want to change the ringtone. I downloaded an program that allows you to crop a song for ringtone use, and all you have to do is upload it onto your phone. I have a microSD card for my phone that contains music and the cropped MP3 files I want to use as ringtones - however I can't figure out how to equip them as the ringtone itself. They are present in the 'My Ringtones and Sounds' folder on the phone, and I made sure they were MP3 format.

I've tried every ringtone site - EVEN ventones (ventones doesn't work for Koodo users so I'd appreciate it if you didn't offer it as an answer), and every other alternative =(

I'm desperate and I REALLY don't want to have to use those stupid default ringtones that Koodo gives you... Please help!

My parents and I, plus five friends of ours are going to Walt Disney World from September 29 until October 7. From October 3- October 7 we will be on the Disney Cruise and were wondering if they were going to be doing any special things for Halloween. I assume that the ship will be decorated and all, but is there going to be trick-or-treating and the Halloween Party? We would like to know if we should pack costumes. Thanks!
