Divx player?

well i have recently downloaded the update for my divx player, and i am having a problem. before the update, whenever i scrolled the timeline thingy, there would be a picture showing a picture of the starting of the movie clip, so i would know what clip i was seeing. but now it doesnt do that, and i have to scroll through the timeline just to go to one clip that i want to see. how do i make it so that i can see the picture of the starting of the clip whenever i scroll through the timeline thingy again?
 
Install again the Divx and dont do the update, once installed and if you opening and it says you want update,put no ok. Then go to the website that u want to see the videos and that sit its works.
