Divx videos on Windows Movie Maker problem?

Ok so here's my problem, whenever I record videos with Hyper cam and use the Divx settings for videos, amd whenever I put them on Windows Movie Maker, it's all messed up (It shows hue, even if I don't put that kind of effect), is there anyway to fix this problem?
