I have the latest (and worst) version of DivX web layer on my Windows 7 laptop. The player makes my browsers crash and I want to uninstall it. But, the built-in uninstaller doesn't work. It starts but the progress bar remains the same for hours. I installed Revo Uninstaller to get rid of the app but Revo runs the built-in uninstaller that doesn't work. How do I uninstall a program when the built in uninstaller doesn't work?
Is it okay the registry entries using Revo without uninstalling first?
