Do all Lexus IS250 come with premium audio?

i am planning to buy a 2006+ Lexus IS250 , some ads will say that it comes with premium audio and some does not mention it.

Do you know if ALL lexus is254 come with premium audio? (13 speakers) and also if not , what package is it under?
 
I have an IS250 and I don't have a clue about the audio system. I knows it's a Lexus and it looks hella nice. Make sure you get one with the rear spoiler, premium wheels, AWD and the Navigation.
