Do all newsgroup services have access to the same files and information?

I am trying to use my remaining 900mb on my usenext account on a 1.5gig download. It is clearly not enough so what I was thinking was-download 900 mb of the 1.5 gig program using usenext, and then sign up with a different service, such as usenet or newsguy, and use that to download the rest of the files. But the problem is I don't know if the other program will have access to the same stuff as Usenext. What is the case?
