do all rogers wireless and telus wireless phones in canada come in pay as you go?

im thinking of buying rogers phone but it says the no term price for them so is that the pay as you go price???
 
No, not necessarily. There are several models that are priced lower than the no-term price for Pay-as-you-go. You can view them here:

If the model that you are looking for is not on the list, only then you may be required to pay the no-term price to put it on Pay-as-you-go.
