do dogs prefer to sleep with the light on or off?

i dont think it bothers them because my dog justs sleeps alll day and alllll night

Dogs visions are black and white, therefor i'm pretty sure they wouldn't tell the difference. So really it doesn't matter.

Maybe if their new, try keeping a night light on at first if there is a lot of crying. Play it by ear
