i bought a female( blue) betta fish from petco about 4 months ago (she was in a kit that said female)...it had a short tail...not she has a long tail...im wondering if she is a he b.c when i introduced her to my male betta fish (red)..she beat him up....she nipped his fins out over night...he barely had any fins left...he has recovered...he is growing back his beautiful fins...(i have him in a seperate recovery tank)...is she a he?
