My wife asked me a question I can't seem to find the answer too. She is playing Smurfs on her phone, yes its one of those facebook games. She said her battery is draining faster since she is playing it. Even when exited out of the game can it still be running in the background and draining your battery? She thinks those little Smurfs are running around growing the crops even though she is tabbed out of the game and screen is locked. I told her that all the animation and stuff is only going on when you launch the game. I have to agree though it does launch really fast and has the appearance that it is always running in the background.
Do you guys know if games like this and other City/Farm Sim games do drain your battery, when you aren't even playing them? If your not sure do you know of an app that can give a battery report and let us know whats using power when the phone is idle?
