Do I eat too much? Any help on healthy snacks?

I sorta on and off diet but I mean, i eat like so much I seem to always be hungry. I ate an entire large pizza by myself and yeah I was still hungry. it has been like this for a week now, I am trying to tone it down, help?

I am 19 and weight about 120, (yeah a year ago weighed 160) So but I mean I exercise and stuff but I mean what foods can I get that I can snack on a lot? like carrots?
 
apples with peanut butter are really good! if you don't watch t.v. or play on the computer when your done eating you won't gain wait. You eat for fuel, energy, and when you don't get active after eating all the energy has to be stored- as fat. Also don't eat before sleeping.

some good food choices are:
-Instead of white bread with a sandwich try Wheat Bread
-Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich
-Apples and Oranges

I'm learning about good food choices in class [=
