My friend approached me today and said that she thinks I have an eating disorder. At the beginning of the month I weighed 170 lbs (and I'm only 5'6") so I started a diet and exercise routine, and now I'm at 154 lbs. I eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, an orange or an apple for lunch, then I eat whatever my mom makes for dinner and I make myself throw it up later. I dont feel like I have an eating disorder, I feel perfectly healthy. I can run and not faint, and my grades in school are mostly A's, and a few B's. And since I'm still practically overweight, I cant be diagnosed with an ED, right?
