I am 18 year old female and 5'0" in height... yes, i'm short. I went to Daytona Bike Week this weekend with my dad and tried out many sports bikes to find one that would suit my size. The Kawasaki Ninja 250R was the only one I found that seemed like I may have a chance of fitting on it. Here's a picture of me on the bike (I cut my hair really short recently).

As you can see... I'm really on my tippy toes. Do you think if I get the bike lowered 2 inches and maybe get the seat cut down a bit that I'd be able to put both feet flat on the ground afterward? Or should I just give up and go for a harley-type bike... which is what I don't really want,
