ok im going to upgrade from my razr on my AT&T plan and want to know if i got my facts straight. In a phone with Windows mobile that has internet explorer you can use internet explorer for free in any place that has WIFI. Media-net is a browser by AT&T where you can get signal for the internet anywhere but you have to pay monthly.
