Do I have PCOS, serious answers only!?

I am a little depressed, I have dark hair all over my stomach and chest, I have back acne and trouble loosing weight. I have had my period for more than a year and it is so irregular I can't even wrap my head around it, I haven't even had one 28 day cycle, never. It's been two months since my last one and sometimes they are up to four months apart, they last seven days and are so heavy that I have to change my heavy flow tampon every twenty to thirty minutes. I read this website and I have every symptom except thinning hair on the scalp and IDK about the getting pregnant thing, I'm only 13. Is this something I should be worried about?
