Okay, I live in California, and I read from the state site, "Starting January 1, 2005, owners of vehicles six or less model years old will pay an annual smog abatement fee for the first six registration years instead of being required to provide a biennial smog certification. "
So I didnt buy my car brand new, I bought it February of 2009, and i guess they had it smogged checked already since it had the sticker on the window...i think i have to smog again in Feb 2011...or do i qualify for the smog abatement as mentioned above?
