do i need to finish treating my fish for ich before i can treat them for fin rot?

so my black neons have ich, im currently treating them using interpet anti white spot, i just put the first dose in yesterday. now 1 of my neons and 1 of my guppies has finrot. ive bought some medication to treat that, its the interpet anti fungus and finrot, now because its the same make can i start treating the fish with the finrot, or should i wait until ive finished treating my black neons for the ich
