I actually got p90x a year ago and i never did it. i used the program for a few weeks but i didnt have the right equipment for the program. specifically the dumbells for all the different excersices . But That was a part of what kept me from doing it. They tell you to stick to it and eat all the shit,, but i know exactly what you mean. i was like, i cant eat half this stuff because its so expensive and 2 im at school all day. But to answer your question , Yes you should if you want to see the best results. I dont know what your financial situation is or how dedicated you are but nutrition makes a huge difference. You will gett 200% better gains if you eat healthy and workout.Hey but you can substitute. A good wheigh protien will accomadate for school. but you can switch out like the atlantic salmon and steak for tuna and chicken
Hey I have been wanting to workout for a while and have allways slacked but i am trying to get my shit together and start a new workout routine and eat super healthy because my diet is shit right now. But it would be sweet if we could email eachother on our progress share workouts and just motivate eachother.? let me know man..
