i am 16 years old 6'0.5 and i weigh 185lbs. i finished 2 day of the workout program so far. i have a few questions. this nutrition plan seems really strict and i want to know if i can substitute some foods for it. when im at school there arent foods that are related to the plan so what can i do? i am thinking about buy muscle milk powder but i dont wanna gain weight i wanna loose weight so should i still go for the muscle milk? i am not going to take any protein bars because the cost alot. id rather buy a bucket of protein so what should i do?
