I just started lifting weights. I'm 19 years old but haven't done much uper body exercise in my life (although these last few years I've been doing a respectable ammount of treadmill and recently I started exercising with dumbbells, as of right now I do a variety of exercises with 10 pound dumbbells every day.
Consdering I'm just starting out, I'm still not quite up to the heavy weights yet. Considering I'm not really lifting anything really heavy, does that mean I still need to have "rest days?"
