Bad luck, i just lost my job, the company i was working is bankrupted. but i got a new phone with rogers about 2month ago, it is a business cellphone, and it is under the company name, but i was the contact and actual user. coz it was my private phone before, however by that time company do pay one Mobile phone bill for the sales, so i transferred my phone to business, and had my phone upgraded 2 month ago.(no charge of the phone under 3-years term). now they are running after me for the late payment (about $300). even if i want to switch it back to private, the price plan is too high, more than $100.. and since it is under a contract, they are not willing to lower it. i can not even return the phone since it is over 30 days.. what can i do? or it is just my bad luck??? so confusing....
