i live in florida, i've never took my permit test but i have taken my drug and alcohol test and passed. do i still need to take my permit test to get my license??
help asap. cuz if i dont ima take it tomorrow lol.
Permit (written test) = demonstration that you understand the law / rules of the road
license (road test) = demonstration that you can operate a car safely.
