I have had my plan before they required data plans and I have a Voyager which is on its way of breaking down and I was wondering if I buy a Smartphone from ebay or somewhere and just go on my account on My Verizon and put in the ESN and everything and put it as a replacement phone will I still have to get Data Plan with it when I replace? It won't be an upgrade it will just be like I replaced it with a spare.
