Do Jews/Judaism believe in the concept of Original Sin?

I'm doing a research on comparative religion. I read that in Christianity, Jesus Christ died for the sins of mankind which began with the original sin, and only through him man can get Salvation. My question is, is the concept original sin and atonement a part of Jewish beliefs as well or is it exclusive to Christianity alone? Would help if the Jews answer my question themselves. Thanks!

No. So the Jewish Messiah has nothing at all to do with saving us from that.

Jews do NOT believe in Original Sin. That is a 100% Christian concept. Jews do NOT believe that one man can atone for all humanity. Jews believe that everyone is responsible for their own actions, and that we start with a clean slate. Jews do believe in the concept of Repentance.
