judicial fiat will result in more..? ...support for a constitutional amendment defining marriage as between one man and one woman? People do not like to have their popular will shunted aside because it's not sufficiently PC.
It is obvious that defenders of traditional marriage could muster the votes necessary in 3/4 or the states, and after November we might well have the requisite 2/3 majority in both houses of Congress as well.
gee: Homosexuals already have EXACTLY the same rights everyone else does. They are free to marry anyone of the opposite sex they choose. They don't want EQUAL rights, they want special rights.
