Does the F.C.C. require that PSA's be aired free of charge during a certain time of day or a certain number of times a day? If you could cite where I could find the actual text from the F.C.C. that would be great.
It's the community service requirements. Yes, they have to offer so many minutes but I don't think the time of day is specified. It's part of being able to use public airwaves.
