Do T-mobile customers get free mobile to Gosmart customers?

Gosmart is the small prepaid service that is a branch from T-mobile. When I go to my phone settings it says that my network is Gosmart, but my carrier is T-mobile. So, I was just curious if T-mobile customers get the "mobile to mobile" calling to a Gosmart cell.
