Do the Jews point to any fufilled prophecies?

I can think of a few non Christian centered ones, but I wonder do Jews ever site some that have come to pass.

It depends what you mean by "point". Prophecies are certainly part of Jewish history and tradition, but prophecies aren't really used in an attempt to prove that the Hebrew Scriptures are literally true.

Many, read the footnotes to a good translation of their scriptures. Don't expect the same Christian-like fascination for seeing them unfolding today.
